In general, chrome corundum brick refers to sintered chrome corundum brick.Taking alpha -Al2O3 as raw material, adding chromium oxide powder and chrome corundum clinker powder, after molding, burning at high temperature.The content of chromium oxide in sintered chrome rigid brick is generally lower than that of fused cast chrome corundum brick.It can also be prepared by slurry pouring method. Alpha-al2o3 powder and chromium oxide powder are mixed evenly, and then a thick slurry is made by adding degumming agent and organic binder. At the same time, part of chrome corundum clinker is added.It can be used as the lining of glass kiln, the cover brick of wire-drawing glass fluidized hole and the backing lining of molten iron pretreatment device, waste incinerator and CWS pressurized gasifier.
